To join, send the Club an email with the following information:
1. Name
2. Bureaucracy
3. Title at the Bureaucracy
4. A bureaucratic anecdote/quote, so we'll know you're a real bureaucrat and not a poseur.

Who Can Join?
Anyone working at a bureaucracy. We ask that no one from an organization that deals with private sector
issues such as bottom line, profitability, or a paperless office, to try to grease their way in.
