Send us your bureaucratic tales, your frustrations, and any tips for future bureaucratic generations that'll help them succeed in the land of regulations, codes, charters, declarations, policies, and forms in triplicate.

Bureaucratic Tip #1:
When working in a bureaucracy, it's more important to be obsequious to the secretaries of VIPs than to the VIPs themselves, who often like to think of themselves as being approachable and down-to-earth benign despots.

Bureaucratic Tip #2:
Before writing any correspondence, be sure to check your bureaucracy's official correspondence guidebook. Everything should be officially approved by the correspondence committee (or a corresponding official body thereof): font, text size, margin size, line spacing, word spacing, paper weight, ad nauseum.
